6-Month Ayurvedic Clinical Journey

Service Description
I’m inviting 10 people to join me for my clinical observations as part of my Ayurvedic doctoral studies. Here’s what our time together will look like: Month 1 – Weekly Sessions (Deep Dive) 🌿 Week 1 (1.5 hr Clinical Assessment): We’ll begin with a detailed intake and evaluation of your health. This includes your medical conditions, physical signs and symptoms, supplements, minerals, daily lifestyle patterns, and your mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being. I’ll provide personalized recommendations, daily practices, and homework to support your balance. 🌿 Week 2 (2 hr Astrology & Karmic Reading): We’ll explore your astrological chart in depth — reviewing your natal placements, planetary influences, and karmic patterns that may be influencing your current health. This reading will connect your cosmic blueprint to your healing journey. 🌿 Week 3 (Clinical Follow-Up – Physical Focus): We’ll review how your body is responding to recommendations, address any physical conditions, adjust supplements, and refine practices for your unique constitution. 🌿 Week 4 (Clinical Follow-Up – Mental/Emotional/Spiritual Focus): We’ll dive into your emotional patterns, stress responses, and spiritual practices. Together we’ll refine tools that help you ground and expand in alignment with your deeper wellness goals. Months 2–6 – Monthly Sessions (Ongoing Support) Once a month, we’ll meet for a comprehensive follow-up that integrates your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health. These sessions are designed to help you: ✨ Track your progress ✨ Refine your wellness plan ✨ Address new conditions or symptoms as they arise ✨ Deepen into your Ayurvedic daily system 💫 Confidentiality: All sessions are private. Only my professor will review my notes for approval, and if I present a case study, your permission will always be requested first. Names and dates of birth are removed. 💸 Cost: This journey is free of charge, except for any herbs or supplements you may choose to purchase (trusted links will be provided). 🙏 Thank you for helping me complete this milestone on the path to becoming a Doctor of Ayurveda!
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation, Client Care & Ethical Policy 🌿 1. Scheduling All sessions must be booked in advance through my online calendar. You will receive a confirmation email with your Zoom link and session details once your appointment is scheduled. Please arrive on time so we can honor the full length of your session and create a smooth, unhurried experience. 🌸 2. No-Show & Under 24 hr Cancellations Cancellations & No-Shows: All sessions—paid or free—must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Any appointment canceled within 24 hours, or any missed appointment without notice, will result in a $25 cancellation fee. This includes birth chart readings, solar return readings, AstroVeda consultations, and all membership sessions. 🌿 3. Rescheduling Rescheduling: You may reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours in advance using the booking link provided in your confirmation email. Cancellations: If you need to cancel, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. 🌸 4. Confidentiality All information shared in our sessions is kept strictly confidential. Your personal, health, and birth data will never be shared, sold, or disclosed. 🌿 5. Spiritual & Moral Ethics My work is guided by the timeless principles of Ayurveda — compassion, respect, balance, and non-judgment. I hold every client with dignity, honoring your unique path and lived experience. I do not diagnose, prescribe, or replace professional medical care. My role is to support your health and self-awareness through Ayurvedic assessment, lifestyle guidance, and spiritual insight. Integrity and confidentiality are the foundation of every session. 🌸 6. Client Responsibility You are encouraged to engage openly, communicate honestly, and follow through on any self-care practices or homework offered. All herbal or supplement suggestions are optional and sourced with care; you are responsible for consulting your healthcare provider before beginning any new regimen.
