Service Description
Your Initial Consultation is where your healing journey begins. In this 90-minute session, we take a full and compassionate look at your physical, emotional, energetic, and spiritual body to uncover the root of imbalance and create a personalized path toward harmony. During our time together, we will: - Complete a comprehensive Ayurvedic assessment exploring your unique doshic constitution (Vata, Pitta, Kapha), current imbalances, and overall state of digestion, sleep, energy, and emotional well-being. This includes previous medical history, surgeries, hormonal imbalances, fertility, current diseases and all concerns. - Review your lifestyle rhythms: diet, movement, rest, routines, and environment to identify habits that support or disrupt balance. - Receive a personalized Ayurvedic Care Plan detailing: * Herbal and nutritional recommendations for your current needs * Lifestyle adjustments and rituals to support daily rhythm and healing * Mantra and mindfulness practices for emotional and energetic alignment * Integration guidance and “homework” to help you embody what we discuss - Enjoy a mini astrology reading highlighting your Big 3 (Sun, Moon, and Rising) and how these archetypes influence your health, emotional patterns, and healing journey. By the end of this session, you’ll walk away with clarity, grounded steps, and a customized plan designed specifically for you. A guide that honors both the science of Ayurveda and the wisdom of your soul’s blueprint.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation, Client Care & Ethical Policy 🌿 1. Scheduling All sessions must be booked in advance through my online calendar. You will receive a confirmation email with your Zoom link and session details once your appointment is scheduled. Please arrive on time so we can honor the full length of your session and create a smooth, unhurried experience. 🌸 2. No-Show & Under 24 hr Cancellations Cancellations & No-Shows: All sessions—paid or free—must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Any appointment canceled within 24 hours, or any missed appointment without notice, will result in a $25 cancellation fee. This includes birth chart readings, solar return readings, AstroVeda consultations, and all membership sessions. 🌿 3. Rescheduling Rescheduling: You may reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours in advance using the booking link provided in your confirmation email. Cancellations: If you need to cancel, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. 🌸 4. Confidentiality All information shared in our sessions is kept strictly confidential. Your personal, health, and birth data will never be shared, sold, or disclosed. 🌿 5. Spiritual & Moral Ethics My work is guided by the timeless principles of Ayurveda — compassion, respect, balance, and non-judgment. I hold every client with dignity, honoring your unique path and lived experience. I do not diagnose, prescribe, or replace professional medical care. My role is to support your health and self-awareness through Ayurvedic assessment, lifestyle guidance, and spiritual insight. Integrity and confidentiality are the foundation of every session. 🌸 6. Client Responsibility You are encouraged to engage openly, communicate honestly, and follow through on any self-care practices or homework offered. All herbal or supplement suggestions are optional and sourced with care; you are responsible for consulting your healthcare provider before beginning any new regimen.
